Returns & Exchanges

We want every tail wagging when your order arrives! If something isn’t quite paw-fect, no worries — we’ve got you covered.

Please contact us at furraura.service@gmail.com within 10 days of delivery to request a return or exchange.

We’ll send you a prepaid return label and guide you through the quick and easy process. Once we receive your return, we’ll issue your refund or exchange. Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
